How do you ship my dress and how long will it take to get here?
We aim to deliver your dress as fast and efficiently and always free but please read the below shipping terms.
We are pleased to offer free and complimentary ground shipping on ALL US domestic orders. Deliveries are made usually Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will start being processed on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Most orders are delivered in a 3-5 business day turnover in continental US and 5-7 business days in Hawai, Puerto Rico and other US Territories.
We usually ship using national couriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX depending on what is the fastest way to get your dress to you.
Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation from us summarizing your order details. Orders and inquiries are processed at our distribution center Monday through Friday -excluding federal holidays- and in business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to process your order .
Sales tax will be charged on all orders as per local state taxes of where the package is being delivered.
International shipping is not offered at this time but we hope to offer it in the near future given current demand from overseas.
What is your refund/return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What does limited edition mean?
We pride ourselves of offering small runs on every dress that you see in the website to ensure you are a show stopper in your event.
Limited Edition labels may indicate less than 2 dresses available of that design. These are usually the most coveted and haute-couture dresses in our collection.
Will you bring sold out dresses again?
Never say never but we aim to show case different styles and designs as well as different collections as our dresses are sold out.
We may bring a design back if stars align themselves between demand of the dress and our ability to produce and source it again.
