Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your dress as fast and efficiently possible but please read the below shipping terms.

We are pleased to offer free and complimentary ground shipping on ALL US domestic orders.  Deliveries are made usually Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will start being processed on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation from us summarizing your order details. Orders and inquiries are processed at one of our distribution centers Monday through Friday -excluding federal holidays- and in business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to process your order .

Most orders are delivered in a 3-5 business day turnover in continental US and 5-7 business days in Hawai, Puerto Rico and other US Territories.

Feco di Fiori fulfills e-commerce orders from one of our distribution centers located in Houston,Tx. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, your order may arrive in multiple boxes.

We require a signature on orders over $500. All orders under $500 are shipped without a signature requirement. Feco Di Fiori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email our customer team and we will update your order.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders as per local state taxed of where the package is being delivered.

International shipping is not offered at this time but we hope to offer it in the near future.
