Refund policy

We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after purchasing or receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can either come to our store or contact us at fecodifiori@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase if made online. Please note that online returns will need to be sent to the following address at your cost: 2824 Jehlon Ln, Conroe, Tx 77385 

Store returns must be done in person at 419 Gentry St, Suite 201. Spring, TX 77373

If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are eligible for exchange:

-New, Unworn,unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resaleable condition

-Merchandise with all original tags attached

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

What items are not eligible for exchange:

-Worn, Used, altered, damages or missing original labels and tags

-Merchandise markets as Final Sale

-Merchandise sold with a discount of 50% or greater.

-Personalized orders or products.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We do not provide refunds but only returns and exchanges.

A refund will be processed for the returned items, and a separate charge will show for the new order placed. A 6-month store credit will be given if no new product is available or selected for exchange.
